Here's a summary of all user-facing changes on Superconductor from October 4-10:

Major Changes

Linear integration: Hand off Linear issues without leaving Linear

Linear issue thread showing Superconductor working on an issue, linking to the implementation and preview, and replying with progress

With our new Linear integration, you can now hand Linear issues to Superconductor from Linear itself. Assign an issue to Superconductor or mention @Superconductor in an issue comment, and Superconductor creates the ticket, launches your default coding agent, and posts progress back to the Linear thread.

The issue thread in Linear includes the project, agent reply, implementation link, live preview, pull request submission, and merge updates. You can reply in Linear with follow-up instructions, and the agent's response comes back to the same thread.

Create projects and workspaces without a repository

New Project form in dark mode, showing a project name field and optional GitHub connection section

You can now create new workspaces and projects on Superconductor without connecting GitHub first, for projects where you want to chat with agents without accessing a code base. You can also link GitHub and add repos later, or remove all repos from an existing project.

Other Changes

Fine-tune Claude Code runs

Agent picker in dark mode showing Claude Code models with effort level controls

Claude Code now supports selectable effort levels in Superconductor. You can choose Low, Medium, High, Extra High, or Max effort for each Claude Code model from the agent picker, then save effort-specific favorites and defaults.

Haiku 5.5 for Claude Code

You can now launch Claude Code agents with Haiku 5.5. It appears with the rest of the Claude 5.5 family, giving you a faster, lower-cost Claude option for smaller, well-scoped changes.

Use MCP connectors with Grok Build and Pi

Grok Build and Pi agents can now use your project's MCP servers and custom connectors. That means those agents can reach the same connected tools and project context you've configured, rather than being limited to built-in file and shell actions.

QA Checks show run details

QA Checks [Beta] now show the model, cost, and duration for each run in the QA Check tab, so you can see which agent reviewed the implementation and how long the check took.

Desktop app improvements

The desktop app now makes links and images easier to work with. You can see where a link goes before opening it, copy a link from the right-click menu, and right-click images to copy or save them.

Claude Code work logs show sent messages

When Claude Code sends a message to a background subagent, teammate, or another session, the work log now shows a dedicated Send Message step with the recipient, message summary, full message, and any delivery error.

Fixed Issues

Review diffs no longer flash or drop in-progress comments

When an agent updates a file you're reviewing, the diff now updates in place. Open comments, cursor position, focus, scroll position, and viewed-file state survive the update instead of being reset by a full remount.

Approving network access no longer jumps mobile chat to the top

Approving a network access request in the iOS app no longer sends the chat back to the top of the conversation. Superconductor now preserves the visible scroll position while message blocks update.

Claude Code crashes now show a visible error

If Claude Code exits before returning a final result, Superconductor now shows a clear error message and keeps the work log available under Show work, instead of making the user's message look unanswered.

Support Chat no longer gets stuck in the iOS app

Opening Support Chat in the iOS app, then switching to another in-app sheet, no longer leaves Support Chat stuck or locks the page scroll. Reopening Support Chat brings the conversation back expanded.
