Build from Figma designs with Superconductor coding agents
Connect Figma to Superconductor and your coding agents can now build UI from a frame's layout and styles when you paste its link into a ticket. Superconductor runs the build in a shared session with a live preview, so your designer can check it against the frame before it ships.
Superconductor lets you and your team chat with coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Pi, and more in shared, secure cloud sessions.
With our Figma integration, you can
- Build a UI that matches a Figma frame
- Read spacing, colors, and type values from a frame
- Update a screen after its design changes
Technical details
- Agents can
- Read frames, components, layers, layout, and styles
- Access
- Read-only personal access token
- Needs
- Token with
file_content:readandfile_dev_resources:read - Server
- Framelink's open-source Figma MCP server
Questions
- Does it use Figma's official MCP server?
- No. It uses Framelink's open-source Figma MCP server (
figma-developer-mcpon npm), which runs on the agent's cloud computer and reads files through Figma's API with your personal access token. - Can agents edit my Figma files?
- No. The token only needs the
file_content:readandfile_dev_resources:readscopes set to Read-only, and agents can only do what the token allows. - Can teammates use my Figma token?
- Only in sessions you start, unless you choose Anyone's agents. A teammate who joins your chat can ask the same agent to refine the design work, but can't use your token in a chat they start themselves.
