Turn Microsoft Teams calls into tickets with Superconductor

Invite Superconductor's meeting assistant to a Microsoft Teams meeting and it turns the bugs and requests discussed into tickets during the call. Superconductor can start coding agents on those tickets before the call ends, and teammates on the call see the work in Superconductor.

Or email team@superconductor.com.

Superconductor lets you and your team chat with coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Pi, and more in shared, secure cloud sessions.

With our Microsoft Teams integration, you can

  • File tickets directly from Teams meetings
  • Start agents on new tickets before the call ends
  • Ask the assistant to add a ticket it missed

Questions

Who can see the transcript?
All members of your Superconductor workspace can view meetings and transcripts. Inviting the bot and chatting with the assistant need an Owner, Admin, or Collaborator role.
Do agents start on every ticket automatically?
No. The Launch implementations toggle is off by default unless the project's auto-launch setting is on, and you can flip it during the call.
Do teammates on the call need to open Superconductor?
No. Workspace members who join the call follow the meeting automatically, so it shows up in their Recent Activity sidebar. They're matched by the email address they joined with.
