Superconductor

Work Shortcut stories with Superconductor coding agents

Connect Shortcut to Superconductor and your coding agents can now search, file, and update stories, epics, and iterations as they work. Superconductor runs that work in a shared session, so your team can see which stories an agent read, filed, or moved.

Superconductor lets you and your team chat with coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Pi, and more in shared, secure cloud sessions.

With our Shortcut integration, you can

  • File follow-up stories with steps to reproduce
  • Plan an implementation from a story's acceptance criteria
  • Move a story to review and add the PR link when it's ready

Try asking

  • Summarize what the Mobile team finished in the current Shortcut iteration, grouped by epic, and draft the update for Friday's team meeting.
  • Create a Shortcut epic called "Billing v2" and file a story under it for each step in this ticket's plan.
  • List every story in Shortcut's Checkout epic that's still in Backlog, with its owner and estimate. Don't change anything.

Questions

Can Claude Code use the Shortcut MCP server?
Yes. Once you connect Shortcut in Superconductor, every coding agent you run there, including Claude Code, can use Shortcut's hosted MCP server at mcp.shortcut.com. There's nothing to install locally.
How do I connect Shortcut?
Click Connect on the Shortcut card in Workspace Settings → Connectors, then sign in with your Shortcut account or paste a Shortcut API token.
Who do the stories and comments agents create belong to?
The Shortcut user who signed in or generated the API token. To keep agent activity separate, connect a Shortcut user you've set up for agents.
How do I get an agent working on a Shortcut story?
Start a Superconductor ticket or chat and mention the story, like sc-1234. The agent reads it from Shortcut, works from its details, and can comment on it or move it along as it goes.
